Water systems design: Fluidity

Semi-finalist proposal for the New National Center for Civil and Human Rights. Concept of the proposal is driven by the aim of finding a unifying theme for the civil rights movement that would be recognizable and identifiable to international visitors. As a common item than can be found in any demonstrations around the globe, a protest sign is used as a indexical sign to point to gathered crowds. Multi colored glass panels shift their appearance with angle and reflect the multicultural nature of protest signs. Proposal also has a myst system built in to the posts that hold the glass panels.
